Rosa Rigby is chef and private caterer, sous chef at The Wheatsheaf pub in Chilton Foliat, Wiltshire, UK and formerly pastry chef and recipe developer for Pure Taste, London's first Paleo fine dining restaurant. Her clients include Gloria Hunniford and The Roald Dahl Museum, and she regularly teams up with Milli Taylor to create bespoke pop-up dining experiences. She lives in Wiltshire, UK, and this is her first book.
