A. That my books and presentations have helped people around the world overcome their shyness and increase their comfort around other people, both in business and social settings.

A. A roomful of my friends, with Vienna hotdogs and Gino's East pizza flown in from my hometown, Chicago, and New York chocolate egg creams to drink.
