Q. What is your motto or maxim?

A. There's no great big scoreboard in the sky.

Q. If you could acquire any talent, what would it be?

A. I long for fingers that could touch piano keys and bring forth beautiful music.

Q. If you could be any person or thing, who or what would it be?

A. The path I've taken is richly satisfying, but at times I yearn to have gone the path of study and research in science or medicine, pushed out against the unknown, and added to the known.

Q. Which living person do you most admire?

A. Dr. Stanley Chang, head of Harkness Eye Institute, NY Presbyterian Hospital, who is at the forefront of medical eye research: a most admirable person who has touched my life
